i visited this park because i wanted to go on a morning walk. upon arrival, i quickly noticed that it was clean and did not have homeless people like other nearby parks in the area. the restrooms were not open at the time but i did see park maintenance show up when i was leaving so they would've probably opened them then. it is nearby the school which i'm sure allows kids and their family to come together and play games here. the kids play area was filled with sand and looked like a pretty big size considering it's location.
