Doria Park

I come here when my usual spot is too crowded. 1 court, outdoor. its not amazing but it works. gotta leave by sunset since theres no lighting.

Should rename Dogia Park. Came with kids on a Sunday afternoon. Lots of dogs and their owners hung out mostly in the Southeast section near the full basketball court. Park has nice grass areas, dotted with some good shade trees, limited playing field area. Playground has 1 modest play structure that is fairly dated, and 2 toddler swing. Sand level looks low as it is quite a drop from the surrounding concrete walkway ringing it. In my opinion it was a poor choice to plant roses adjacent to the playground. Can hear the major freeway nearby a bit. Good evening sun outside of the playground, not really shielded from breezy weather.
