It is important to understand that this is a very local neighborhood park. There are MANY parks in Irvine that are multipurpose. This is really a great park if you live in a very short walking distance. If you want a full amenities park,Irvine had lots of those, too. Even as small as it is, it still has two large kids play structures, a soccer field, half basketball court, and a volleyball area. Give it a break.
